In its quest to offer relevant, real world training to future industry professionals, Townhouse Partners is pleased to offer two‐day beginner Argus workshops for the real estate industry. Utilizing intensive case studies and a real estate discussion focused on cash flows, property operations, and valuation, this class will guide the novice through the software, and provide opportunities for guided practice and solutions. The class will give the beginner all the practical knowledge required for basic fluency in Argus.
Classes are conducted on‐site at Townhouse Headquarters in midtown Manhattan. The class is taught by Mr. Eric Herlands who has conducted numerous two‐day Argus workshops for New York University Schack Institute of Real Estate, as well as provided training for private clients including property owners, developers, investment banks, lenders, accounting.
